He is particularly passionate about helping owners move from being trapped in the day-to-day of the business to building businesses that operate with stronger systems, clearer accountability, and reduced owner dependency.

As a BSP advisor, Phil works with clients through the STEP framework helping them Step Up performance and structure, Step Back from daily operational dependence, and ultimately Step Out with confidence when the time is right.

Phil is known for his straightforward style, commercial thinking, and ability to turn complex business challenges into clear priorities and practical action.

Outside of BSP, Phil values time with family and enjoys staying active. He believes strongly that a successful business should support a better lifestyle not come at the expense of it and brings this philosophy into his advisory work with clients.
