 Not because the business isn’t working, but because it’s no longer as clear or as manageable as it once was.

 The cost of getting the next decision wrong feels real. Especially when those decisions affect long-term value, succession, or exit.

 This is where I work.

 How I work with business owners

 I partner with owners when the business has outgrown informal thinking and needs clearer structure, stronger financial visibility, and better decision discipline.

 My role is to help bring clarity to what is really happening inside the business, and to reduce the pressure that comes from uncertainty.

 In practice, this means working alongside owners to:

 • understand the true financial position of the business
• identify the constraints limiting performance and growth
• bring structure and accountability into the business
• improve decision-making clarity and timing
• reduce dependency on the owner over time

 When structure improves, pressure reduces.
When the numbers are clear, decisions become easier.

 Experience that shapes my work

 My background spans senior leadership roles, business ownership, and advisory across a wide range of industries.

 Before co-founding BSP Advisory Group, I held senior management roles including:

 • National Sales Manager
• Brand and Marketing Manager
• International Manager
• General Manager operating across global markets

 These roles involved building brands, launching subsidiaries, and developing joint ventures where decisions carried real commercial consequences.

 I later transitioned into business advisory, where I was consistently ranked among the top advisors within the Australasian Thexton Armstrong network.

 Over time, I have worked closely with business owners across different stages, from growth and restructuring through to succession and exit.

 This combination of corporate, ownership, and advisory experience allows me to quickly understand the realities owners are dealing with not just in theory, but in practice.

 As a co-founder of BSP Advisory Group, my work is grounded in the STEP framework:

 Step Up - strengthen performance, structure and control
Step Back - reduce owner dependency and restore capacity

 This is not about quick fixes.

 It’s about helping business owners make better decisions over time so the business becomes more stable, more valuable, and less dependent on them.

 What most business owners are carrying at this stage isn’t a lack of effort, it’s the weight of making the right decisions at the right time.

 With the right structure, clarity, and support, that pressure reduces and confidence returns.
