Paul leads the BSP Advisory Group team in the Greater Wellington region and brings a diverse range of top-level business experience to his consultancy role.

Paul works with Business owners, to Build, Scale, Grow, Exit or simply gain better control over day to day business operations, providing a framework and a structured system for the achievement of an organisations business goals.

Paul is based just south of Otaki and has customers located across the greater Wellington and Horowhenua regions and is currently working with a broad range of businesses including General Contracting & Earth Moving, Forestry, Engineering, Manufacturing, Construction, Building, Roofing, IT and Cyber Security, Trades and Retail.

Paul has over 30 years of experience working at Senior and GM levels for companies such as Deloitte, NZ Forest Products, Elders IXL, Spark, and Farmers Mutual Group (FMG), where he held senior leadership positions in Sales, Marketing, Distribution, Strategy, HR management and Finance.

Paul has a comprehensive range of commercial skills which are demonstrated across a broad range of key business disciplines and industry sectors, including:

Along with the years of hands-on-experience, He has a Bachelor of Business Studies degree from Massey University, Is a Certified Business Advisor and a member of the Institute of Advisors. Paul also hold a Certificates in Social Media Marketing management, Hotel Management, Distribution, Revenue and Demand Management.

In his spare time Paul and his partner Sarah enjoy spending time with family and friends, motorcycling, horse riding and kontiki fishing.

We engaged Paul Boyack to create a business case for a new business venture. Although we are both experienced in Project Management and writing business cases for government agencies we hadn’t done so for our own business before.
